Kaspar Müller, President


Kaspar Müller is an independent economist. For ten years he worked in analysis, strategic planning and corporate finance at a private bank. In 1990 he founded Ellipson AG, a consulting company specializing in sustainability strategies. Since 2004 he has also been providing services and managing mandates under the umbrella of Kaspar Müller Consulting. Kaspar Müller is Chairman of the Ethos Foundation Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ethos Services SA, Geneva. He is also a member of the expert commission for Swiss GAAP FER/AAR (accounting and reporting recommendations) and a member of the Board of Directors of AVAG Anlage und Verwaltungs AG, Basel. Kaspar Müller studied economics at the University of Basel and has authored various publications on financial markets, corporate governance, sustainability, and ethics. Stephen Brenninkmeijer


Stephen is a private impact investor and entrepreneur, with interests in financial infrastructure, education, social entrepreneurship and mental health.  He was founding Chairman of NFTE UK (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) and is a board member of the Schwab Foundation.  In 2007 he joined the board of Xchanging plc as a non-executive director.  He also holds executive positions with NFTE Germany, Social Stock Exchange, London and U-Center Holland.  He is a supporter and investor in Phorms Schools Berlin and Accion Investments.  Stephen earned his degree at the European Business School in Germany.

Matthias Preiswerk


Since July 2002, Matthias has been a General Partner of Baumann & Cie, Banquiers. He is also a member of his local council. Besides the bank and his work for the local council, Matthias Preiswerk sits on the board of trustees of a retirement center and on various boards of directors. In the 2008-2009 season he was also appointed Chairman of ice hockey club EHC Basel AG.

Adrian Töngi is Head of Products & Cooperations and a member of the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Switzerland Genossenschaft.

Dr. Arthur Vayloyan


Dr. Arthur Vayloyan is a member of the Private Banking Management Committee of Credit Suisse, and as Head Private Banking Switzerland and Global External Asset Managers he is responsible for ultra-high net worth and external asset managers. A speaker and author, his engagements include discourses on topics ranging from nanotechnology to innovation, globalization and inclusive finance. He plays a pivotal role in Credit Suisse's engagement in microfinance and was an invited speaker at the UN during the Year of Microcredit. Dr. Vayloyan joined Credit Suisse in 1992 and has held various senior management positions in Private Banking, covering Switzerland, Europe and the Americas. He is also a member of the Bank's the Environmental Products Committee of Credit Suisse. Arthur Vayloyan holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Bern and an MBA from INSEAD.

Reto Schnarwiler


Reto Schnarwiler heads Swiss Re's worldwide business activities with government and development organisations, as well as non-government organisations. Reto Schnarwiler joined Swiss Re in 1996 and since then has been active in various business sectors. He is a certified business graduate of the St. Gallen University (lic. oec HSG) and holder of an MBA in Financial Services & Insurance.
