Szymon Mikolajczyk is a lead consultant at Climate Focus who has been working in international carbon markets since 2008, advising both the supply and demand sides. He offers expertise along the full spectrum of the carbon compensation process and has hands-on experience with the entire carbon asset development cycle, leading project registration and subsequent carbon credit monitoring processes. Szymon holds a BSc in Ecology and Conservation from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
