In depth transaction and structuring experience (equity, PE funds, senior, sub-ordinated and convertible debt, structured debt funds, guarantees, syndicated loan facilities, corporate finance, project finance, fundraising and fund management).

Long-standing management, investment committee member and supervisory board member experience.

Before joining responsAbility in January 2022, 21 years with the Dutch development bank FMO and 7 years with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs (including a one-year secondment to IFC in Washington DC).
