Any person, community, or other external stakeholder that has been or may be affected negatively by a project or programme of responsAbility may submit a complaint. The mechanism helps to address problems by convening dialogues or conducting investigations in a manner that is timely, fair and independent.
Handling a complaint
We recommend reading our Complaints & Independent Redress Mechanism guideline to gain a better understanding of how to file a complaint and responsAbility’s complaints handling procedure in general.
A complaint can be filed in English, or in the local language of the complainant sending it by email to email@example.com. Where possible, a translation should be provided in English. Otherwise, responsAbility will attempt to have the complaint translated and respond in the language of the complainant.
