Paul Hailey

Head of Sustainability & Impact, responsAbility

Paul is responsible for managing and measuring the impact of responsAbility's activities and is the lead author of the Impact Report and various other responsAbility publications. Previous roles at the company include Senior Research Analyst for the financial sector. He has an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), where he is also a lecturer, and a B.A. (Hons) from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.

Jeremy Sitruk

Head of Portfolio Strategy, responsAbility

19 years of experience in portfolio management and credit trading and now heading the Portfolio Strategy team at responsAbility. After a traditional finance career off Wall Street, refocused on impact investing and joined responsAbility in 2016. Began career at Morgan Stanley in 2002, trading credit derivatives. In 2008, joined the Citadel hedge fund as a senior portfolio manager in quantitative credit, based in London and Chicago. Moved back to Europe in 2013 to head the credit department of the boutique asset management firm Swiss Alpha. Passionate professional with deep technical knowledge, market experience and always on the lookout for the next inspiring and fun challenge.

Philipp Good

CEO & Partner, ESG-AM

After 5 years as a Performance Analyst at Credit Suisse Asset Management he has spent more than a decade at Fisch Asset Management in different roles. He launched as a Portfolio Manager strategies in High Yield, Emerging Markets and Global Corporate Bonds. The past 5 years he has worked in different roles and functions from Head of Portfolio Management to CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Philipp has an Executive Master degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Lucerne, the Swiss Federal Banking Expert Diploma and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Leadership.
