Rochus Mommartz
CEO, responsAbility
CEO of responsAbility since 2016. Over 35 years of experience in financial sector development, banking and emerging market private debt and equity investments. Member of supervisory boards of financial institutions and funds for 15 years. Established two private equity permanent capital structures for responsAbility. Designed legal framework for the microfinance sector in 8 countries and worked as consultant to governments and regulators in over 40 emerging markets. Studied Economics and Mathematics.

Luise Ammerschuber
Moderator and Founder, YESS Impact
Luise Ammerschuber is a respected moderator, public speaker, and founder of YESS Impact, a Zurich-based advisory firm at the forefront of sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and inclusive innovation. She works with corporations, governments, and international organizations to align business strategies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and regularly advises on impact investing, thought leadership, and social transformation. Luise has been invited to speak at high-level platforms such as TEDx, the United Nations General Assembly Week, and the World Economic Forum (WEF) week in Davos. As a moderator, she regularly facilitates panels and events for leading companies, foundations, and institutions - combining clarity, energy, and a deep understanding of complex topics to create conversations that matter. Luise is the host of the YESS Impact Podcast, where she spotlights change leaders across finance, technology, and social innovation. She also serves as co-lead of the Female Investors Network (FIN) – Swiss Chapter, empowering women to invest with purpose and drive systemic change in the financial world. She is the founder of YESS Circle, a nonprofit organization focused on technology and innovation for the SDGs. Through initiatives like a blockchain-based financial inclusion program in Uganda, YESS Circle has supported over 3,000 women, men, and families with entrepreneurship support, financial inclusion, and community empowerment. She works in English, German, French, and Spanish, and is known for a moderation style that is dynamic, focused, and human - ensuring every panel or event delivers both insight and impact.
