responsAbility's four microfinance funds have once again been awarded the LuxFLAG label in the microfinance category. The four microfinance funds are already certified with the LuxFLAG label since 2008. The LuxFLAG label was created to give investors the certainty that their investments actually flow into the microfinance sector.

Microfinance institutions (MFIs) are an important source of financing and support for people in developing countries, especially those who do not have access to traditional financial services, such as banks. With responsAbility's microfinance funds, investors can invest in this important sector while supporting social and economic progress in developing countries.

The renewed award of the LuxFLAG label demonstrates responsAbility's commitment to transparency and sustainability when investing in the microfinance sector. Investors can rest assured that their money is helping to strengthen the microfinance sector, thereby helping those who might otherwise have no chance of economic self-sufficiency.

In a world where corporate and investor social responsibility is becoming increasingly important, microfinance funds are an attractive way for investors to invest their money wisely while making a positive impact on society. With the LuxFLAG label, investors can be sure that their investments are trulyflowing into the microfinance sector and thus making a positive difference.

LuxFLAG is an independent and international non-profit organisation established in Luxembourg in July 2006 by seven private and public founding members in support of sustainable finance: the Luxembourg Government, Luxembourg Insurance and Reinsurance Association (ALFI), The Luxembourg Bankers’ Associaton(ABBL), Appui au développementautonome(ADA), the European Investment Bank, Luxembourg for Finance and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (founding members).
