Statement on responsAbility’s investments in Ukraine & Russia

As the deeply disturbing events in Ukraine continue, our hearts go out to all those in distress and to our Ukrainian colleagues and counterparties. In the funds that we manage and advise, we have very limited overall exposure to Russia and Ukraine and no direct exposure to any sanctioned person or entity. responsAbility has closed Russia and Belarus for investments and we are actively assessing the implications of any existing exposures, and we remain in active dialogue with our portfolio companies and are seeking ways to support them. For any potential investments in the wider region that is affected by the war, we are implementing extra layers of scrutiny and will assess the viability of such investments on a case-by-case basis.
