Felix is Deputy CIO Fund Investments at responsAbility and member of the Fund Investments IC.

He is the global Funds Investments portfolio lead and also co-responsible for sourcing in Latin America & North Africa regions.

He has over 20 years of private markets investment experience in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining responsAbility, Felix was a senior fund investor at the European Investment Bank.

Prior to joining responsAbility’s Fund Investments Group, Felix was a senior fund investor at the European Investment Bank. Previously he worked 10 years for the IFC out of the Washington DC and Mexico DF offices investing debt and private equity.  During his career he deployed close to USD 1bn to Emerging Markets. He is a member of over 15 fund advisory boards.

Felix holds a BA from European School of Business, Germany and Universidad P. Comillas, Spain. He is CFA charterholder with a MA in IR/Economics from SAIS/JHU, USA and speaks 5 languages.
